the room i was given was quiet with a big bathroom, shower and a comfortable bed. tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator worked well. the hotel's location was great and amazing in the middle of jackson.

cleanliness: room was clean and well equipped with a tiny fridge - cutlery, and a coffee machine. location: central location - near public transport - shops, and historic sites. local insights: got to explore the city center easily. one service that stood out: hotel without staff - given a code for the doors which worked really well.

The location was marvellous and favourable, just next door to the historical center and a nice area and easily accessible. We got a room with a bath.

The room was new-fashioned, cozy and had central heating, a fridge, and coffee and tea making equipment. The location was marvellous and good, around 4-6 minutes walk from Glass Alley.

my recent stay at a hotel in Ghent was amazing! for a wedding ceremony, Heirloom Hotels exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the air conditioning was great!

One thing was off - the TV didn't work.

It's a deluxe and clean hotel, rooms are modern and quiet. The staff is really helpful, as well as owner. The venue has stunning setting in Old Town district very close to a nice area, and the historical center. When I am in Ghent, I like staying here👌

loved the modern design - the private balcony formed within the roofslope, and the rooflight over the bed. the room was clean and quite big. great location - right next to the oldest part of the city center. automatic check-in and check-out with code-based access to the room.

We had a great stay at Heirloom Hotels - The Librarian. The location was perfect, very close to the city centre and all the shops and bars. The street where the hotel is situated was quiet and felt safe. The decor in our room, although not appointed well, was still tasteful. The sheets on the bed were comfy and warm. We also liked the fact that we didn't need a key to access our room. The hotel staff's communication by email was prompt and efficient. we had a pleasant experience.

Shower door was missing a rubber, resulting in a surprise "swimming pool" vibe mid-shower. What a refreshing experience!

Le camere sono ampie, luminose e pulitissime, con finestre che offrono una vista meravigliosa sull'Etna. La cucina è grande e dotata di frigorifero per gli ospiti. La colazione è abbondante e deliziosa, con una torta alle mandorle fatta in casa. I proprietari, Sonia e suo marito, sono gentili e cordiali, creando un ambiente accogliente.

L'unico aspetto negativo è che il prezzo è leggermente alto per un B&B, ma considerando la qualità del servizio e delle strutture, è giustificato.
